Our coffee ships free, always. For merchandise orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
To provide you with the freshest coffee possible, we package and ship per order from our Cook County, IL distribution facility. Our merchandise is shipped separately from strategically place fulfillment partner facilities across the United States. Both our coffee and merchandise orders are shipped within 3 days of the order.
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
Returned merchandise is accepted within 2 weeks of delivery. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Merchandise packages sent out from our US fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. Meanwhile, packages sent out from our Europe location are automatically returned to our Europe fulfillment center. Its address: Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-1500.
